ABOUT ME hey I'm Max!

Hello! I am the founder of Super Body Mind® and a holistic health coach. Five years ago I fell in love with the healing power of nature and began my journey into holistic health. I am now dedicated to helping other people change their diet and lifestyle in body and mind and I like to inspire people to live  happier, healthier lives naturally. After many years of health struggles I turned to the healing power of food and herbal remedies to help me, and my good health started to return.

I have learned that the human body is capable of incredible things and taking responsibility for my own health was the most powerful choice I ever made. My goal is to help you reclaim your magic and to see you happy and healthy again,

Through my training with The Academy of Healing Nutrition I have developed holistic health programs that are designed to empower people to take control of their own health. If you purchase a program you will be sent a plan that which will include recipes and information about herbal remedies. You can follow the plan independently with the option to have one to one coaching sessions. Your health history, symptoms, eating patterns, and lifestyle can be reviewed to build a custom holistic health and wellness lifestyle plan for you. You can do it in your own time, with full support so, no matter where you are or how busy your schedule is, you can be confident the program will work for you.
